Group Exercise Sessions

At Physio Alive, our supervised group exercise sessions are an important part of our holistic approach to injuries, illness and overall fitness. Across our two locations we offer over 40 supervised, small group sessions each week. We offer general equipment based classes, mat based classes as well as several specialty classes for women’s health conditions/pre/post pregnancy and oncology (PINC program) classes.

Aldinga

Our Aldinga clinic also features a dedicated space for classes and 1:1 clinical Pilates-inspired sessions, offering reformers and a trapeze table for equipment classes, along with ample room for mat classes.

McLaren Vale

At McLaren Vale, our purpose-built Jill Lightfoot Studio has been designed to offer a tailored space for individualised exercise programs. We have a full range of clinical Pilates equipment, a suite of cardio equipment and weight and resistance training equipment.
